Practical Tips

  • Our e-scooters are easy to use and suitable for everyone. All you have to do is to accelerate and to brake.
  • We make sure you can hit the road safely and with peace of mind:
    • You will receive clear instructions before departure regarding the operation of the e-scooter, the experience tour to follow and the traffic rules.
    • You don't have to worry about looking for a charging station: the scooters are always sufficiently charged, so you can ride out the entire route with ease.
    • A comfortable helmet will be provided to you, free of charge.
    • Problems on the road? We will be there for you!
  • The most comfortable way is to ride a scooter alone. Would you rather ride on the back or with the kids? No problem, that's possible too! Keep in mind that the seats are designed for people with an average build.
  • To drive, you need a moped license (A3/AM) or car license (B). Bring this with you; every driver will be checked before departure.
  • Self-driving is possible from the age of 21. Younger? You are welcome as a passenger or -if you are at least 16- accompanied by someone 21 or older.
  • Start times are 9:30 am - 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Be sure to arrive at this time to allow plenty of time to enjoy your experience.
  • Bring your cell phone: you will need it to follow the experience tour. You can fix the cell phone into the special holder on the handlebar of the e-scooter. No charged battery? No worries: you can rent a charging cable for on the go.
  • Small items, such as a handbag, can be easily carried and securely fastened to the e-scooter.
  • Check the weather and make sure you have appropriate clothing (sunglasses, raincoat). Nothing as annoying as getting wet along the way or not being able to see the beautiful scenery.
  • It is always colder than you expect on an e-scooter because of the wind you catch. At higher temperatures, this is blissful. But at lower temperatures, make sure you have an extra sweater, jacket, scarf and gloves.
  • An insurance 'civil liability' is included in the price. You are liable for expenses in case of damage or theft.
  • Per group, you pay a deposit on the spot. This can be in cash or by debit or credit card. This deposit will be refunded if the scooters and accessories are returned in the same condition as when received.
